The Service Contracts section is where you can view, edit, and perform other actions on service contracts that are associated with the IT assets in your organization.
To open the Service Contracts section, click Configuration > Administration > Service Contracts.

You can:
- Add a service contracts.
- Edit a service contract.
- Clone a service contract.
- Add options to a service contract.
- Associate a contract with a parent contract.
- Modify service capability.
- Attach a PDF copy of a service contract.
- Manage pooling parameters.
Filter and Search Service Contracts
- To search by Provider, enter characters in the name of the desired provider into the Provider search box.
- To search by Service Type, enter characters in the name of desired service type into the Service Type search box.
- You can combine these two methods of searching by entering characters in both the Provider and Service Type search boxes.
